Webinar: Best Practices in Supplier Debriefs for Public and Private Procurement

Supplier debriefing can be an unexpected and valuable source of return on investment (ROI) for procurement, the organization that it serves, as well as that organization’s supplier community.  It is important to understand your organization’s opportunities to generate value from supplier debriefing activities. This webinar will identify and explore those opportunities – in both public and private procurement contexts – and provide best practices that will increase your chances for getting the most out of your supplier debriefs.

  • Where debriefings fit into the overall supplier performance and relationship management framework
  • The specific process for debriefing (e.g. timing, resources, methods)
  • Conducting the Interview (communication strategy, timing, content, what to say, etc.)
  • The risks associated with debriefing (confidentiality, reputation risk, etc.) and appropriate mitigations
  • Collection of supplier feedback from the debrief, the use of data systems to store/analyze supplier data
