The webinar introduces everyone to an in-depth summary of purchasing processes.  Purchasing concepts and practices are introduced, while the evolution of the purchasing profession is recognized, from its origins as an administrative function to today's strategic global E-Procurement role.  Purchasing's collaboration with other departments is also examined and its' contribution to supporting the organization's goals and policies recognized.
