The Evolution of Information Management in SCM – Today’s Consumers are More Demanding Than Ever

Information is power! The ability and willingness to harness information can enable (or disenable) your organization’s ability to successfully engage with the vendors and customers in your supply chain. The traditional methods of planning, implementation, and measurement of information in SCM have had to evolve to meet the changing needs of today’s consumer. In this webinar, we will explore current and emerging practices of information management in SCM with Canadian examples from private and public sectors.

By attending this webinar, participants will recognize the importance of information and dialogue with their SCM partners.

This webinar will appeal to supply chain management professionals at all levels, who:

  • manage information in ways like reporting, key performance indicators, social responsibility;
  • may have inter-company relationships with sales/marketing, strategic planning, and/or information technology
