Outsourcing is a process whereby a company retains a service provider to perform some of its internal work process and activities (often transactional) and then monitors and controls the performance of the service provider.  This webinar will help answer some of the most common questions that many supply chain professionals are asking about outsourcing.  Having the answers will enable you to better understand the nature of these services and therefore you will be better able to assist your internal business partners when they decide to go to market for outsourcing services.  Topics covered in this webinar will include:

  • Why do businesses need outsourcing as an alternative business model?;

About the Facilitator: Richard Venerus

Richard Venerus is the principal at RV Associates, (RVA) - a procurement consultancy with operations in Toronto and Calgary. RVA specializes in supporting and improving the performance of the strategic sourcing and contracting functions of our clients.
