Ken has over 20 years of senior management experience including 6 years in the third party logistics industry. He has worked as an internal productivity consultant for Tibbett & Britten and fulfilled business development roles on large complex contract proposals for both TBG and Ryder Integrated Logistics. Ken’s most recent experience includes four years as the Director of Operations for BMG Music Canada Inc. He has also played a major role in the startup operations for both Wal-Mart Canada and Shopper’s Drug Mart.  Ken has an MBA from the University of Western Ontario with a specialization in operations.

This one-day seminar is worth 5 Continuous Professional Development (CPD) Maintenance credits.

Seminar Cancellation/Refund Policy: A full refund will be issued on cancellations received in writing at least 10 business days prior to the seminar/course start date. An administration fee of $150.00 is applicable if notification is received between three and nine days prior to start date. Thereafter no refund will be available. Substitutions and transfer of registrations is permissible when received in writing three business days before the seminar/course start date. Please note that credits to be used for future offerings are valid for 12 months from the date of initial payment and will expire if not used in that time frame.
