Simon is a Principal Consultant and Director of Accelor Group, a boutique training and consulting firm. He is the former Executive Vice President of ARC Blue Consulting, with over 30 years of experience specializing in Strategic Procurement for major corporations. He has developed Strategic Sourcing methodologies for both Telecom and Oil and Gas clients as well as a Procurement Strategy for the Ontario provincial Government. Simon has spent many years working with manufacturers enabling them to reduce costs by improving their internal operations and building sustainable sourcing strategies. He has delivered Procurement Strategy training across Europe, North and South America.
